Terms of Service
The service
Gemsift (operated by XFounders Accelerator Ltd) turns piles of resumes into ranked shortlists for each of your open positions, with reasons, warnings and exports. It is a tool for professional recruiters and hiring teams.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have a lawful basis to process the resumes you upload or forward (in most hiring contexts, candidates sent you their resume for exactly this purpose). You are the data controller for candidate data; Gemsift processes it on your instructions. Do not upload data you have no right to process.
AI output is advisory
Scores, rankings, don't-miss flags and trust signals are AI-generated suggestions. They can be wrong. Gemsift never rejects a candidate automatically and is not designed to make employment decisions. You, a human, make every decision, and you are responsible for complying with employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.
Your data and deletion
Your data stays yours. We never delete it automatically; you can permanently delete any candidate or all candidate data at any time from the product. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
No scraping resumes you have no right to, no reselling access, no attempts to break tenant isolation, no use against applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do this.
Fees
The service is currently offered with a free trial. Paid plans will be announced inside the product before any charge happens.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
