Yes. Gemsift exposes an MCP endpoint, so you can query your candidate pool directly from Claude or ChatGPT: create roles, find gems, and move candidates by chat.
How do resumes get into Gemsift?
You bring resumes in from anywhere into one shared pool: file upload (PDF, DOCX, image, or text), email forwarding, or careers links. Gemsift also detects duplicates and contradictions across a candidate's applications.

Does Gemsift make hiring decisions for me?
No. Gemsift is an AI assistant that surfaces candidates and explains its reasoning. Every final decision stays with the recruiter.
